Mangalore: The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) wants to reach research, from paper to people and laboratories to society, said Educationist, NAAC, UGC Committee Member Dr. Nagnath Dharmadhikari N S.
As a resource person at the webinar on ‘NAAC related quality enhancement techniques’, organised by the University College Mangaluru here on Monday, he said it is important to the colleges to be social, with a global perspective. Every teacher should contribute to the organization through building their ability. Innovative experiments should ensure maximum benefit to the students, he added.
Principal Dr. Anasuya Rai presided over the function. IQAC Coordinator Dr. Suresh welcomed the guests. Botany Associate Professor Dr. Siddaraju MN delivered vote of thanks. Computer Science Assistant Professor Dr. Bharathi Pilar mastered the ceremony. NAAC Coordinator Dr. Sudha N Vaidya, Computer Science department Head Dr. Veerabhadrappa, professors, guest lecturers from different colleges present on the occasion.
