Mangaluru: The Directorate of Student Welfare, Mangalore University will be conducting inter- collegiate level cultural competitions for the students who come under the varsity, from August 10th to 25th, 2022.
There will be competitions under five categories- Literary events, Fine arts, Music, Dance and Theatre. These events will be conducted at Sri Kalavara Varadaraja M Shetty Government First Grade College, Koteshwara, Sri Bhuvanendra College, Karkala, Govinda Dasa College, Surathkal, Sri Ramakrishna College, Mangalore and Alva’s College, Moodbidri respectively.
Prof. Kishori Nayak K , The Director, Student Welfare has requested all the colleges under Mangalore University from Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Kodagu districts to encourage students to participate in the events. Students who secure first/second place in these events will be qualified to represent Mangalore University at forthcoming South Zone and National Youth Festivals.
