Mangaluru: A new showroom of Bobby Chemmanur International Jewellers was inaugurated with great pomp and ceremony on Sunday evening in the city. Located near the Clock Tower at Hampankatta, the launch event witnessed the presence of several dignitaries and film personalities, adding glamour to the occasion.
Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar, who was scheduled to inaugurate the showroom, could not attend the event due to unavoidable reasons. However, he addressed the gathering through a video message, extending his शुभ wishes and expressing confidence in the brand’s continued growth and success.
Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan and Emraan Hashmi, along with Kannada actor Upendra Rao, attended the event as chief guests. The presence of entrepreneur Bobby Chemmanur, who has achieved a world record by completing an 812-kilometre run, was a major highlight of the evening.
During the ceremony, the diamond section and the inaugural sale of gold and diamond jewellery were officially launched by MLA D. Vedavyasa Kamath. MLC Ivan D'Souza distributed prizes to lucky winners as part of the promotional activities.
The showroom showcases an extensive collection of HUID 916 gold jewellery, world-class diamonds, and silver ornaments. To mark the grand opening, the company announced several attractive offers, including up to 50% discount on making charges. Customers purchasing uncut diamonds worth over ₹2 lakh are also eligible to receive a complimentary gold coin.
On the occasion, financial assistance was distributed to selected underprivileged patients in Mangaluru through the BoChe Fans Charitable Trust, reflecting the brand’s commitment to social responsibility.
