"Ba Ka Hu (Banana Flour) has turned to be a regular ingredient in our kitchen since a fortnight", says Dr Devaraj TN, Senior Scientist, ICAR Traralabalu Krishi Vijnan Kendra (KVK), Davanagere, Karnataka.
"BF is certain to have a place in our kitchen here onwards", says Dr Gayathri Devaraja, Registrar of Davanagere University, Dr Devaraj's wife.
ICAR KVK, Davanagere was the first to experimentally produce Banana Flour among 33 KVKs of Karnataka.
"Thanks to and the participative researchers around Karnataka and Kerala and Shree Padre Sir", says Dr Devaraj.
