Mangalore: Department of Applied Zoology of Mangalore University will organise an international lecture workshop on ‘DNA Damage and Repair in Human Health Scientific Breakthrough in Indian context’ at Mangala Auditorium on July 25th (Monday) at 9.30 am.
USA, Texas Houston Methodist Research Institute Professor Dr. Muralidhar L. Hegde will inaugurate the event, while Vijayawada KL Deemed to be university Pro-Chancellor Dr. K S Jagannatha Rao will be the chief guest. Mangalore University Vice Chancellor Prof. P Subrahmanya Yadapadithaya will preside over the function. There will be two sessions by the resource persons, followed by the inter-collegiate and inter-departmental photo quiz on biological sciences.
Cultural programs will follow the formal function, informed Department Chairman & Convenor Dr. Mohammed S Mustak in a press release.
