Mangalore: Department of Applied Zoology, Mangalore University will organise a three-day National Conference on ‘Recent Trends in Biological Sciences (NCTRBS-2023)' from November 8 to 10th at Mangala Auditorium, Mangalagangothri.
The conference aims to provide a platform to scientists and researchers from across the country to present the latest findings in biological sciences and also to encourage students for higher level of research. Prizes will be awarded for best poster and oral presentations and presentation skills.
On November 8 at 9:15 am, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala Deputy Director Prof. S. Murthy Srinivasula will inaugurate the conference. Mangalore University Vice Chancellor Prof. Jayaraj Amin will preside over the inauguration ceremony, said Convenor Assistant Professor Dr. Narasimhaiah N and Applied Zoology Department Chairman Prof. M.S.
