Bangalore: The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology (NMIT) successfully hosted a Mini Project Exhibition on Sensors and Transducers, showcasing the creativity and technical prowess of 4th semester students.
The exhibition featured 15 innovative student projects from 4th semester students, each highlighting the practical applications and advancements in sensor and transducer technologies. From automation to energy efficiency, the projects demonstrated both theoretical understanding and practical implementation, aiming to address contemporary engineering challenges.
The judges Mr. Madhu V from Siri Technocrats and Mr. Chetan R from JLL Companyevaluated the projects based on innovation, technical soundness, execution, and presentation. Their expert feedback provided invaluable insights and encouragement to the students.
The exhibition served as a dynamic platform for young engineers to apply classroom knowledge, foster teamwork, and enhance problem-solving and communication skills — all vital for their future professional endeavors.
The event was coordinated and guided by Mrs. Meghana A, Assistant Professor, EEE Department, with the support and guidance of Dr. Samanvita N, Head of the Department.
The event concluded with the announcement of the best project, as selected by the judges and faculty panel. All participants were appreciated for their commendable efforts, enthusiasm, and contribution to the success of the exhibition.
