Bhargava, Veteran from the Indian Army and Former Deputy Director, NCC Directorate of Karnataka and Goa.
He was speaking on the occasion of 79th Independence Day Celebrations held at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, a constituent college of Nitte Deemed to be University.
In the beginning Dr. H.C. Nagaraj, Principal, NMIT welcomed the gathering and Rohit Punja, Administrator, Nitte Education Trust presided over the function.
Cultural programs focused on National Integration were also held. Dr. J. Sudheer Reddy, Director, Curriculum Development and Academics; Associate NCC Officer and Professor Dr. Rajesh Nandalike; Dr. P.B. Shetty; Senior Librarian Dr. K.C. Gangadhar, faculty members and students were present on the occasion.
