K. Krishna Unni, 57 , prestigious ' Karshakashree'  award winning farmer of Palakkad district has made Banana Flour at his house, first time in his life. He has used Chara Poovan variety banana for this. 



Making banana flour at home is very easy. We made Ada, Unniyappam and dosa from this flour mixing it with other flours in equal proportion. All were nice. " Both the preparations are flour making method are very satisfactory and is very farmer friendly", he asserts.
