It is vital in building credibility as well as trust’, opined Doshi Jayakumar, Managing Director, Digital India, British Telecom Group, while inaugurating the 16th Batch of PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) at Nitte School of Management, Bengaluru, one of the most reputed Business Schools in India.
He further added that, ‘The student of Business Administration should be like a Pencil. After the initial use, it needs to be sharpened; for that, it has to undergo a painful process. Pencil has an eraser also, so you can erase your errors. Ultimately make the choice based on knowledge and integrity. Then you will achieve success’.
Prof. Sandeep Shastri, Director (Academics), Nitte Education Trust, was the Guest of Honor on the occasion. In his speech, he gave a call to the students to learn with passion, lead with compassion and achieve with conviction. He further added that this is the age to use the time judiciously and snatch the opportunity to showcase the expertise.
Rohit Punja, Administrator, Nitte Education Trust presided over the function. In his presidential address, he said, ‘Team effort always strengthens the bonds, allowing to rely on each other to achieve better results’.
In the beginning Dr. M. Venugopal, Director, Nitte School of Management briefed about the Institution and explained the state-of-the-art facilities available in Nitte campus for the students to nurture their dream in both curricular and extra-curricular platforms.
Hundreds of new batch students, their parents, members of the faculty and alumni of the institution were present on the occasion.
